DAMAGE TO BOWEL DURING A ROUTINE HYSTERECTOMY
Ms Karen Manning (who was then aged 45) was admitted to the Horton Hospital in Banbury on the 29 July 2003 for a routine hysterectomy. After her discharge from the hospital she developed post-operative complications.

We acted for a Mr Anthony McGinn who was informed that his son, Graeme McGinn, had been involved in a RTA and had been taken to Great Western Hospital in Swindon. He was told that Graeme was fine but that he had hurt his arm.
