Our client was travelling as a front seat passenger in her husband’s motor car. They were both pensioners, although her husband had a part-time job. There was a head-on collision between their vehicle and a lorry and, sadly, her husband was killed.
We represented our client at the Inquest and we issued proceedings, as the insurers of the lorry driver delayed in settling the claim. The case eventually settled.
