Probably our unluckiest client was a Turkish national who was involved in two accidents at work. In September 2004, he was nearly crushed by a vending machine. Then, on 4 March 2006, he had the misfortune to be involved in a second accident where he injured his face whilst using some equipment which was defective. Both these accidents left him with physical and psychological injuries.
Proceedings had to be issued at Court and, on obtaining reports from various experts, we were able to agree upon a settlement figure. Fortunately for our client, the prognosis was encouraging and he is now back at work.
