RTA on the M4 £34,000

We acted for a school teacher (aged 49) who was involved in a road traffic accident on the M4 during October 2008 sustaining a number of injuries including a soft tissue injury to her right shoulder and injury to her laryngeal. This was a difficult case in that she had a number of pre-accident orthopaedic problems which she had been able to self-manage effectively up until October 2008. The prognosis for the future was encouraging although she had suffered periods of unemployment due to her ongoing symptoms. After lengthy negotiations with the insurers of the other driver, we were able to agree upon a settlement.

S J Edney solicitors obtained compensation of £34,000 for this client in 2010

I will highly recommend your firm – it was a pleasant and smooth transaction for me.

Excellent service, supportive at all times. Very professional and understanding throughout. I was so very impressed from start to completion.

We were informed at all stages. I believe the case in total was 4 years but throughout the whole case Seamus was very professional and honest.
