Our client, a lady in her 60’s, was loading her groceries into her car at her local supermarket when she was struck by a reversing vehicle and knocked to the ground.
The fall caused her to sustain soft-tissue injuries to her face, nose, chest, neck, back, left elbow and both knees, as well as a ‘trigger finger’ in her left hand. The injury to the neck caused our client’s already present osteoarthritis to become symptomatic.
