About Us – Meet the Team

Seamus Edney is the principal of the practice and qualified as a solicitor in 1985. He has over 30 years’ experience of personal injury and clinical negligence work and maintains an exclusively Claimant specialist practice.

The Firm was born on 01 July 1996 and we celebrated our 25th anniversary in 2021. During this period, Seamus and his colleagues have acted for over 2150 clients, most of whom are based in Wiltshire and Gloucestershire but some live further away.

Seamus holds Senior Litigator status with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).

Margaret has worked at the practice for over 20 years primarily assisting Seamus Edney with the lower value personal injury claims.

She has experience of employer and public liability cases and oversees our on-line portal claims.

In addition, she assists Seamus with quantum reports on his ongoing cases.

She has overall responsibility for the firm’s accounts.

Margaret has also worked as a Supply Primary School Teacher.

Outside work, Maggy enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and cooking. She also supports the Swans (Swansea Football Club).

Maggie joined the practice in 1999 and has been instrumental in its growth.

She provides invaluable support to all the team members.

Outside work, Maggie enjoys spending time with her family, photography, walking and weekends away. She is also very involved in her local Church.
