Sash window severs tip of finger at work £10,360

Our Client (aged 33) was working as a contractor, painting in a school. A sash window he was painting shut on his fingers, severing a small section of the top of his right middle finger. As a result of his injury, he found it difficult to play his guitar and required silicone tips for use when doing so.

The local authority made an early admission of liability for his accident and the claim was settled out of court.

S. J. Edney solicitors obtained compensation of £10,360 for this client during 2014

Thank you very much for representing [our son], I am very pleased with the outcome. Mary was also very professional at court and made us feel very much at ease with the situation.
